Job Description
We are looking for data driven and enthusiastic candidate to join us to drive our business forward! With data as your arsenal, you will be looking at strategies, process improvement and governance to improve overall performance of the company.
Working closely with other internal departments, you will learn the operation and support their projects by providing data, analysis, and insights.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, meticulous with numbers, creative in problem solving with an open mind to changes and interaction. Most important of all, a strong can-do spirit!
The role is based in Malaysia
Key responsibilities:
• Analyse the data on business performance by creating data sets and reports for business.
• Implement various data modeling, visualization and reporting techniques.
• Provide in-depth business analysis and data insights for internal stakeholders to help improve business.
• Analyse sales performance and provide areas of suggesting driving business growth.
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders in understanding the business, gathering requirements and create analysis to help improve the business.
• You will be the technical point of contact for the team.
• You will be coaching team members and business partnering
Bachelor or master’s degree with 3-5 years of working experience in data analytic or business intelligence.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or R).
• Proficient in Tableau and SQL – mandatory.
• Ability in analysing complex and large data sets for global organization.
• Expose to ETL processing and dimensional data modelling will be added advantage.
