Job Description
Reports to : ODC and EC Management Team Leader
Position Objective: The incumbent is to support EC management. The functions include but not limited to act as an expert to provide EC supply service and EC administration service etc.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Act as an expert to provide EC supply service for KL site, including but not limited to –
o Recruitment coordination and offer confirmation process.
o Manage check in/out procedure.
o Monitor vendor delivery service performance.
• Act as an expert to provide EC administration service for KL site, including but not limited to –
o NEO training coordination.
o Proceed EC conversion process.
o EC performance assessment.
o EC service fee upgrade management.
o EC payment management.
Communication requirements:
Internal - 60% communication with SBU and backroom parties.
External - 40% communication with vendors.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above in IT or Financial related disciplines.
Experience: At least 6 years related work experience with at least 2 years managerial level.
Skills:
• Have experience in IT or Financial industry.
• Experienced in delivering high-quality service and archiving good client expectation/relationship.
• Have experience in Outsourcing or Recruitment delivery service.
• Experienced in vendor management.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Problem solving effectiveness.
• Skillful coordination capability and communication.
• Familiar with MS Office tools especially Excel data analysis and report.
• Coach junior staff.
• Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking.
The followings are not mandatory but will be a big plus
• Process automation mind-set.
• Project management.
