I carry around 15.5 years of service delivery (latest being SaaS-Cloud based products), customer success, digital marketing, business transformation, operational and leadership experience in challenging, business analytics, client-oriented environments with accomplished and passionate management flare.
I currently work as Asst. Director for Service delivery and Customer Success at Apptio.
My background lies in managing delivery (including Managed services, Staff Augmentation), Business transformation, Service transition, Business Operations (Analytics and Reporting) and Automation, Team management, Processes to generate an operational setup to aid revenue increase with enhanced corporate success and productivity. Also, establishing and implementing business strategies to drive employees to achieve the AOP.
