Mr Nirmalya Chaudhuri is a Professional with 18+ Years of Experience in Higher Education – which includes IT –Training , Learning and Development, University and Campus Relations, Campus Recruitment & Placements ,Staffing Services, Industry Academia Relationship Programs.
He is presently associated as Advisor – Industry Alliance with RCC Institute of Information Technology , Kolkata. RCCIIT is a Unit of an Autonomous Society Unit of an Autonomous Society of the Department of Higher Education , Government of West Bengal
He is also associated with SHIVAM KNOWLEDGE SOLUTIONS (P) Ltd - 2012 -2020 . SKSPL is an Organization which works as Consultants and Service Providers to Educational Institutions in Higher Education and the Corporates. This is his own venture as an entrepreneur .
Prior to joining SHIVAM, he had been working with Infosys Limited as Lead- Education and Research from 2006 – 2012, where he Lead the Infosys Campus Connect Program ( an Industry – Academia Relationship Program ) for Eastern India. He has also and been engaged as IT Trainer & Consultant to various Projects.
He has also been involved in Training Delivery at Engineering and Academic Institutions, Member of Board of Studies and Syllabus Committee of Universities
Nirmalya holds professional degrees of B.E. ( Mechanical) : Bangalore University , Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Bengal Engineering and Sciences University and M.E. ( IT ) from West Bengal University of Technology

He is presently based in Eastern India as works on a PAN India Basis .
