Improper Adjustment Of Change-over Valve

Improper Adjustment Of Change-over Valve

Improper adjustment of the change-over valve causes the spool of the change-over valve to move too fast, resulting in change-over impact and thus noise and vibration.

When working of ultrafine vertical mill, the spool of the hydraulic valve is supported on the spring, which causes vibration and noise when its frequency is similar to the fluctuation frequency of the oil delivery rate of the hydraulic pump or to that of other vibration sources.

Solution: If the change-over valve used is a hydraulic change-over valve, the throttle elements in the control oil circuit should be adjusted so that the change is smooth and impact-free;Vibration and noise can be prevented by changing the natural frequency of the piping system, changing the position of the control valve or adding accumulators appropriately.
