Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Payroll Administration – To prepare monthly payroll and maintain high accuracy of payroll and EA Calculation. Prepare statutory payment and report for Accounting.
• Departing Administration for Leave – Prepare letter of acceptance resignation, expiry contracts, comply to the Exit procedure of resigned employee.
• Administration of HR System and Payroll System – Maintain HR System, Payroll System and ensure fill Compliance with statutory requirement. Liaise with System vendor to update the system.
• Manager and maintain HR Server and ensure it is complying to IT Security requirement.
• Handle internal and external audit.
REQUIREMENT
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiences in HR.
• Payroll experience and well verse in Timesoft System.
• Good in IT skill.
• A good team player and possess good analytical skill
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
