• Minimum 15 years of consulting Experience
• Should have at least 7 years in Fusion implementation
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Should be able to lead and design an implementation project right from inception till go live
• Should have led Architect role in at least two projects
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
• Should have knowledge on most of the fusion modules and awareness of latest release functionality
