Job Role: As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to a range of research projects and methodologies and work on projects for premier multinational companies, assisting in many phases of research projects with particular focus on support of operational tasks/job execution. You will also gain exposure to the principles of research by assisting with proposal development, project management, data collection, data analysis, and report-writing.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences, workforce trends in Malaysia
• Collect data on Job Seekers, Employers / Hirers and Educational Institutions with an objective to understand the workforce trends in Malaysia
• Consolidate data collected into actionable items, reports, and presentations
• Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
• Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids
• Make recommendations for feasible methods for market penetration

Requirements

• Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
• Proficient with MS Office Tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

Education

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in marketing, market research, statistics, computer science, math, social sciences, business administration, or communications.
