Job Purpose and Impact
The IT4IT Automation Analyst II uses a data-driven approach to support and facilitate an automation-first Cargill Global IT. In this role, you will translate the IT4IT automation strategy and vision to support intake, prioritization of automation ideas, identify and manage risks for implementation, and report on automation metrics.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze data from various sources to support development and upkeep of IT4IT automation inventory
- Analyze, interpret, and organize automation work intake, and prioritize them in alignment with Automation Advisors
- Encourage visibility and reusability of IT4IT automation by co-owning metadata cataloging with users and technical teams
- Define, implement, and manage consistent reporting for IT4IT automation
- Design and deliver compelling communication to various stakeholders including technical teams, Service Owners, Portfolio Leads, and Global IT leaders for strategic insights and decision making
- Translate and analyze variances from the project plan, research alternatives, and implement the preferred recommendations
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of automation, systems and tools, processes, reporting and analytics.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering a similar role in IT delivery, support or client management.
