This candidate should have experience in:

8. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Infra capacity planning role

• Several years’ experience pragmatic Infrastructure, Capacity Management, Project Management, ITIL, Monitoring Tools, Storage and Backup, Capacity Planning, IT Service Management, Data Virtualizations, IT Service Delivery & Operation (Banking & Operation), Project & Delivery Management professional with strong work ethic, approachability and consistent commitment to team leadership and innovation.
• Successfully delivers large complex infrastructure, automotive, product based, banking and application projects and solutions through expert leadership of cross-functional on-shore and off-shore support organizations and Multi-Country Level Account Management.
• Proactively drives service level management to meet or exceed the quality of service commitments.
• Capacity Management - Develop and drive an enterprise monitoring strategy and capability for business-critical applications
•  Engage technical owners for business requirement gathering in on boarding new systems as well as work with server team to deploy computing infrastructure on AWS cloud
• Develop and leverage on system automation for infrastructure health and performance monitoring, alerting and data analysis
• Develop & implement a capacity management framework for cloud computing resources that focuses on cost optimization and capacity rightsizing
• Conduct monthly cost optimization capacity review with stakeholders to optimize instance usage and reduce costs underutilized resources
• Single point of contact for Capacity Management of core banking system that comprises of Unix, Windows, & Linux systems
• Regular Capacity review engagement with Apps and Infra stakeholders to come up with resolution plan for identified risks based on infra resource utilization  
• Proven track record of successful program management, solid financial performance, executive and organizational leadership, ITIL based service management, transition and transformation service.
• Experience in project management with a proven track record in software implementation delivery.
• Project experience in digital delivery projects and can serve multiple functions as needed.
