Required Skills:              Documentation skills (BRD, SRS, FRD), Excellent communication, PowerBI and DBMS basics preferrable

Role Overview:

  • ai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst who will be a front-end resource responsible for directly communicating with the client for understanding their reporting and data analytics related requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly communicate with the client for understanding their existing reporting process and propose development plan.
  • Candidate needs to perform as a techno-functional consultant for the business team and development team
  • Candidate should have knowledge on preparation of various process documents such as Business requirement document (BRD), System requirement specification (SRS), Flow diagrams
  • Should have knowledge of excel to prepare wireframing of user’s requirement prior to development
  • Candidate should possess a analytical mindset to automate the existing manual activity as well as infer insights from existing data.
  • Knowledge on capital market domain will be highly preferrable
  • Intermediate knowledge of Business intelligence tools (PowerBI , Qlikview etc) and DBMS is preferrable
  • Partner with cross functional work teams to identify opportunities to utilize data analytics to improve business processes and business results.
  • Serve as a People Resources liaison to the IT department and different operational department of the organisation.
  • Look at data requirements, enhancements, and assist in setting direction for the company's data transformation initiative.
  • Data maintenance and project work as assigned.
