My Roles & Responsibility in previous company:-
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and presentations.
Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices, maintain client database, oversee the invoice workflow, orders and other internal documents as requested.
create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
Tracking of export shipment and courier of daily basis.
Preparing bills and submission through portal/courier.
Dealing with queries on the phone and by emails.
Preparing organisation and storing information in paper and digital form.
Manage and administer day to day functions of a bank for payment transfer through Net Banking.
Maintaining internal and external database.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable and budget tracking.
