Job Description
Requirement:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both verbal and written. Additional proficiency in other Chinese dialects ex. Cantonese will be an added advantage
- Local Malaysian
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years' of experience in sales management
- Experienced as a team lead in call centre management, sales management, team management, performance management, and personnel management
- Sales experience in the IT industry is preferred, especially in cloud computing/solutions.
Job Scope:
- Coordinate the entire telesales team and meet sales goals.
- B2B sales for Cloud Computing/Solutions.
- Develop and implement sales plans and regularly summarize sales data.
- Evaluate the performance of telesales personnel, improve their capabilities, and build a healthy team climate.
- Work with the client management team to ensure stable outsourcing operations.
