Job Description
Purpose
- To recruit and grow Enterprise Business partner through acquisition and penetration in the
assigned regional market
- To ensure daily sales activity is carry out as per planned and committed by Enterprise
Business partner.
- As sales trainer and to build SME Business partner’s skillset on company product, selling
approach, sales funnel and sales staff management
- To provide guidance and to provide solution to all UM Enterprise Business related subject
covering sales, GTM, sales staff management & etc
- To ensure sales target is hit and code of business conduct is followed strictly by Enterprise
Business partner
- To collect market intelligence & Telco industry trend; input to management accordingly
Job Responsibilities
- To recruit new Enterprise Business partner
- To ensure Enterprise Business partner is adhered to the overall business direction and sales conduct
- To ensure Enterprise Business partner achieve the sales target
- Sales SOP and product knowledge is communicated clearly to Enterprise Business partner
- Regular training and face to face meet with Enterprise Business partner according to need and/or per management’s expectation
- To plan, and assist in coordination on sales activity as per business direction
- To ensure Enterprise Business partner commit to the business resource requirement and action plan
Key Experiences and Qualifications
- Min 7 years of sales experience
- Min 3 years of people management and exposure to SME market is preferred
- Min Diploma in business related subject
- Attention to detail, organized and good communication skill
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint presentation slide
