Job Description
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or similar field (or related professional certificates)
- 3+ years' experience in technical support/pre-sales/after-sales/O&M
- Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACA/ACE and AWS or any other cloud certifications are preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malay both spoken and written
Job scope:
- Sell standard cloud solutions and products
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions
- Continuously collect and analyze typical business scenarios, requirements, and issues
- Develop standard solutions and strategies from diverse customer needs and communicate them to the field Telesales personnel.
