Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical and functional skills in Oracle HRMS, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment, and Learning Management. This role will be responsible for managing implementations, enhancements, support, and integration of Oracle HRMS modules in alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and gather business requirements, map them to Oracle EBS functionality, and design end-to-end solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and implement Oracle HRMS functionalities and customizations.
- Develop and maintain technical components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, and Forms – RICEWF).
- Write and review technical specifications, documentation, and functional designs.
- Handle data migrations, interface development, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., time and attendance, finance, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth delivery and support of Oracle HR systems.
- Provide support for Oracle HRMS modules, including bug fixes, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
- Conduct user training, prepare training materials, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Monitor and manage change requests, system upgrades, and patching activities.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS updates and provide recommendations on best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS as a techno-functional consultant.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR, etc.).
- Strong technical skills: PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, Workflow Builder, APIs, Interfaces, XML Publisher.
- Experience with R12.1 / R12.2 environments, including patching and upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills – ability to interface with business users and technical teams.
- Oracle Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
