Job Description
- Accredited Salesforce Application or Systems Architect, working towards Certified Technical Architect
- At least 3 years of experience managing a highly effective support team
- BSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban and DevOps
- Architecture experience in other CRM platforms (particularly IRESS Xplan, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience of financial services industry, in particular pensions, beneficial
