6-8 years of functional experience with 2 end-to-end implementations, across Dynamics CRM versions (2011, 2013, 2015, D365 CRM etc.)
Good knowledge of its D365 CE ecosystem with good functional understanding of multiple D365 CE functional areas- primarily Marketing and other supplementary areas like- Sales, Service.
Drive communication with business stakeholders with focus on overall solution/functionality
Front-end requirements management workshops with ability to map/solution design requirements
Hands on experience in D365 CE configuration, customization, plugins, workflows, business processes etc.
Basic knowledge of new Microsoft offerings – Power Platform, Customer Insights, etc.
