Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Should work as a high-performance recruiting team member, ensuring building the right skills and high growth culture.
- Should be able to establish short and long-term sourcing and recruiting strategies in technical recruitment.
- Ensure ON TIME delivery for the Client Assigned (i.e., cost per hire at the minimum approved rate, time to fill/OTD of 80% and above all the time, diversity inclusion of over 40%, quality of hire would be at 75% and more etc).
- Should carry a positive attitude in professional recruitment, relationships with clients, and vendor partners.
- Should continuously test and refine recruiting strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience.
- Should be smart and prudent in dealing with hiring numbers and client relations.
- Should not solely depend on the job portals for sourcing. Should use creative and new channels of recruiting methods and practices.
- Foster a highly proactive sourcing capability, using the latest sourcing tools, methodologies, and talent mapping approach.
- Should be able to Define and target critical roles.
- Should promote referral network amongst internal employees and leverage social connections to optimize best results.
- Should be able to drive innovative and engaging Employer Branding campaigns, employment advertising, including the company website, social media, internet job boards, recruitment brochures, and other media.
- Should implement new sourcing methods of social media recruiting and Boolean searches.
- Should possess a never say die attitude.
- Should be comfortable in frequent changes and be adaptable to any sudden changes.
- Personally, the candidate should be able to manage the recruitment of all key positions.
Key Skills
- 3-5 years of the full life-cycle recruitment process which includes managing a team in different locations in APAC Region (Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong etc).
- Show Employer Branding, Market Intelligence, Talent Mapping/Pipelining, Diversity recruitment and TA Analytics experience.
- Experience in building new initiatives and processes.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Competencies needed:
- Strong candidate & customer experience focus, demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business, issues and needs, proactively responding to customer requirements.
- A passion to transform the end-to-end business process through scale, automation, standardization, performance management and customer satisfaction.
- Capacity to identify and implement opportunities to use technology as an enabler.
- Capability to establish and maintain relationships and shall interact effectively, negotiate, and influence staff in various levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills including team-leading, employee mentoring and development, and the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility.
- At least achieved CGPA 3.0 for the highest education (Bachelor Degree and above)
