• To support customer service operations and provide excellent customer experience to customers
• Attend inbound calls in a courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
• Attend to SMS received via Volare Inbox diligently and appropriate action is taken to close the log.
• To attend admin functions i.e., enquiry from emails
• Generate reports and perform analysis for the department
• Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member
▪ Degree in any field with at least 2 years of working experience in the Customer Service field
▪ Effective in multitasking and a good team player
▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
▪ Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
