Responsibilities:

• Identify, furnish, translate business scope to business requirements
• Leading, facilitate, planning, clarification of requirements, product rationalization including workshops
• Collaborate with vendor to define business requirements details (adhered to Master product rationalization/ account structure framework)
• Collaborate with vendor to summarize, recommend & prepare Product Structure Simplification (To-Be) proposal
• Prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Identify, furnish, translate & prepare rationalization requirements to functional requirements
• Collaborate with vendor to translate Business Requirement into Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)
• Support Business Lead on Master Business Capabilities, Product Structure & Account Structure framework
• Collaborate with vendor to highlight/ identify, propose & recommend potential business risks (internal & external), compliances & regulations and provide mitigation plan
• Develop UAT test cases and collaborate with Digi business users
• Support UAT execution. Review & sign-off UAT results
• Clarification of business requirements (BA), product rationalization (vendor), business simplifications (vendor) & data model transformation(vendor) during workshops
• Collaborate with Digi to define KPIs, non-functional requirements, simplification objective & target
• Collaborate with vendor to define details business process requirements (adhered to Master Business Process Simplification framework)
• Collaborate with vendor to summarize, recommend & prepare Data Model Transformation (To-Be) proposal
• Collaborate with vendor to summarize, recommend & prepare Business Operation Process (To-Be) proposal
• Collaborate with Digi & BA to define requirements for products and services (P&S) & business rules in BRD
• Support Business Process Lead on Master Business Operation Processes framework
• Collaborate with Digi Business stakeholder to drive billing capabilities prioritization, capabilities execution strategy
• Collaborate with vendor in understanding the Master Product Rationalization framework and translate into business domain capabilities & product structure in supporting all business services
• Establish Master Business Capabilities, Product Structure & Account Structure framework to serve all business services
• Lead Master Business Capabilities framework for all business domains
• To liaise closely with vendors to establish the framework
• Product Rationalization UAT results review & sign-off
• Collaborate with Digi Business stakeholder to drive business processes simplification prioritization, execution strategy
• Collaborate with vendor in understanding the Master Business Simplification framework and translate into business domain operating processes in supporting all business services
• Establish Master Business Operation Processes (including all customer facing channels) framework to serve all business services
• Lead Master Business Operation Processes framework for all business domains
• To liaise closely with vendors to establish the framework
• Highlight/ identify, propose & recommend potential business risks (internal & external), compliances & regulations and provide mitigation plan
