LEADERSHIP STYLE #2 - The Authoritative Style Leader.
Follow me… I have a vision!
LEADERSHIP STYLE #3 - The Participative Style Leader.
Someone who wants to be involved.
LEADERSHIP STYLE #4 - Pacesetting Style Leader.
Extremely driven leaders. Again, a FOLLOW ME! style of leadership.
LEADERSHIP STYLE #5 - Democratic Style Leader.
This type of leader is more likely to ask their team members what they think about a particular task or project and then set the direction in which they want their team to go.
LEADERSHIP STYLE #6 - Coaching Style Leader.
Will guide, coach and train their staff and empower them to achieve great things.
LEADERSHIP STYLE #6 - Affiliative Style Leader.
Will generally work closely with their team members. They tend to get involved on an emotional level, being supportive and caring.
LEADERSHIP STYLE #6 - Laissez-Faire Style.
A very relaxed style of leadership who generally lets his or her team get on with team tasks as they see fit.
