The study reveals the widespread industry gap between genders while highlighting the strengths of women in workplace. The report is based on insights from respondents that mainly include IT professionals from the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat,  Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Haryana and West Bengal.
