It's time to name "Homemaker" a Full Time Job

Dedicating my thoughts to celebrate the week of "International Working Women's Day"

Over time, I felt; "Homemaker" Portfolio as Jobs is somehow highly underrated.

My mother used to manage Primary school, her children, her husband, and now her granddaughter at an age of 76. At this age - she took time to prepare home-cooked foods for children's of security staffs and housekeeping professionals at my society.

You know, I always had that guilty glitch why she had to leave her job for us until then I realize raising kids is none less than working in a corporate firm!

It requires strategy, timely action, leadership skills, hard and soft negotiation skills, and an empathy mindset that a true leader can bear. My servant leadership skills are one the best that has been taught by my mother.

My wife is another example of managing home plus her social work plus her online schools. Coming from an army family makes her strong-willed and determined. I feel very happy to discuss strategies and my life actions with her and the way she guided me to determine the leadership capabilities of a mentor, a mother, and a homemaker who none less than a corporate honcho.

We really need to look at Women at work differently. We really need to change the thoughts and appreciate the Women in our life. We need to remunerate, become compassionate, and support every homemaker across Globe. After all - Every woman is actually at work for their lifetime. Women who are "Restless yet Calm"; "Patient yet Dynamic", and yet nonetheless "Bold and Beautiful"

Happy WorkingWomenWeek to all my fellow Women Employees.

You guys are awesome and you create magic in what you do.
