SCIKEY, a talent marketplace platform, saw an increase in the mid to senior level movement and hiring, especially in the digital skills space.
Karunjit Kumar Dhir, Co-Founder, SCIKEY, said, “We have seen an uptick in Senior Leadership hiring during April to July amid the pandemic. Companies have hired 72% of top executives as compared to 28% of freshers and mid-level executives in the period of April to July.”
SCIKEY also witnessed an upsurge in the hiring announcements by some of the well-funded Indian tech startups that offer a direct substitute to their more popular Chinese options earlier.
