We all know the role of an Employee Value Proposition has been transformed compared to what it was during Pre-Covid Era. 

The one that was traditionally engaging and empowering employees wont to be much effective now. 

A recent research report by Gartner on 5,000 employees and 85 HR leader interviews on EVP practices, challenges and solutions indicate that the problem could be too much focused on “What we give employees” rather than “Why.”

And thus, instead of the traditional model, HR leaders are looking at a more caring, empathetic and value-oriented approach - a more connected, a more friendly one..like a CHRO, is your go-to guy and thus he/she transformed your journey towards betterment - whether you choose to stay or look for the better path ahead. 

Gartner, in their report, has well described the "human" approach of an EVP model:

We should understand, HR leaders must necessarily act on accepting the People emotions that help them to keep a fine balance between Business and People keeping the culture, employee perspective and growth in mind...It is a tough job, but it is not an impossible job.

Our Leadership team got themselves connected with individuals across borders to discuss, identify and remove all the hurdles that come to our employees' path, empowering the Project leaders to take real-time decisions. 
  • We care attitude:  Focusing direct benefits on "Health and wellness" helps us to cater to the need of the hour. I am happy that at, SCIKEY, we have been able to cover the premium level medical benefits for all employees and their family members. Not only that, we have been able to cater to critical diseases, providing Covid care quarantine bills, accidental and death benefits for employees that covers their family members as nominees. Last year the medical claim success rate is 100% for all employees - This means, everyone who has claimed it - the amount has been approved. 
  • Flexible Work Models: By providing a Radically well flexible model on a few of our businesses where people can choose to Work from anywhere metrics allows us to open paths for people who wish to work across states and countries. We have made roles that are flexible and identified the flexibility solutions against each job description.
