Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a creative authority and improve overall design skills in the company.
- Design & Deliver UX/UI of our client projects by closely working with clients, internal BA, Solution Specialist, SEO Specialist etc.
- Responsible for visual outlook of Business/Client.
- Set up a UX team and lead it (eventually).
- Open to travelling for discovery workshops with clients (whenever needed).
Desired Skills
- Deep expertise and knowledge in UX design systems and processes.
- Extremely creative with an artistic soul.
- Well versed with different design trends and understand merits and demerits of each.
- Passionate about design. Actively research new design ideas.
- Good listener, communicator and team player. (Understand client's pain-points, convince them about what's best for them, and work with the Business Analyst, Solution Architect and Developers in harmony amicably managing difference in opinions.)
- Hunger for growing as a leader in design.
- Well-versed and experienced in B2C and B2B e-commerce concepts.
- Deep understanding of leveraging design for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) -> Analytics, A/BTesting etc.
