Job Description
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The
ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills
and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and
transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
UI/UX Designer will be gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and
building navigation components. This role requires creating user personal, user journey
flow and sketch/create app wireframes, mockups, app protype based on the business
requirement.
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user
needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects
is essential
Principal Accountabilities:
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business
goals and requirements so to create user-centric designs for cross platform mobile
apps.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Creating user persona, user journey flow and sketch/create app wireframes,
mockups, app protype based on the business requirement that clearly illustrate
how sites function and look like
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and
attractive user interfaces
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Optimize existing user interface designs. Conduct layout adjustments based on
user feedback
• Creative in solving design level challenges.
• Conducting user research and testing
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
in order to enhance user experience
• Help the project manager during the requirement understanding, planning and
estimation stage
• Conducting user research and testing (e.g. responsiveness, usability, findability)
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, quality assurance and
management teams
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Skills & Abilities:
• Experience in UI/UX Product design.
• Good understanding in Architecture – MVVM, Adoptive screen design.
• Well Expertise working with UI/UX design tools like adobe XD and Sketch, etc.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,Marvel, Invision,
and Adobe Indesign etc
• Good understanding of Restful Web services, AJAX request handling, and JSON
structure.
• Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus, yet not mandatory
• Experience in interaction design, responsive design, information architecture, etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, self-motivated, requiring minimal
oversight and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders
