Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
To design, install, and administer virtualization products on premise & on cloud.
Regular support of VMware/AWS and windows/Linux environment by resolving the escalated tickets for the internal and external customer.
Troubleshooting and resolving VMware, AWS, Windows & Linux issues.
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
Responsible for capacity & storage planning.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
Responsible for Patch Management & Ensure all the IT process are followed.
