Responsibilities :

 Design and develop custom business applications using ServiceNow and Power Platform (O365)
 Analyse business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders to map out systems flow, data usage, and work processes
 Plan and execute all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of ServiceNow platform & Power Platforms across multiple projects
 Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
 Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes
 Perform software design using ServiceNow development best practices (including scripting, security, implementation) and processes, debug, test, and deploy
 Identify and promote process standardization and reusable functionalities to increase development speed, scalability and sustainability
 Understand the impact of changes to existing processes, functions and systems
 Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
 Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements :

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
 Have experience working with or developing in following programming languages: HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
 Have fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
 Adaptable to change and able to work both independently and as part of a team
 Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and be deadline-driven
 Knowledge or professional experience developing apps using rapid application development tools such as ServiceNow, PowerApps, or other equivalent low code platforms will be an advantage
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
