Ø Lead and Support International Carrier Voice Traffic & Real time Performance Management of VIL LD network
Ø Handling 2nd level escalations of LD- Voice Services (ILD/Hubbing), FAX,ITFS/Audio Conferencing(International), SIP Trunking.
Ø Performs Traffic shifting from particular during SA Planned Event or any Major outages.
Ø Keep tracking of on-going fault in LD-Network along with traffic management and ensure the escalation for circle and carrier to maintain SLA
Ø Responsible to prepare Monthly PPT, Process for new services & download the same to team members & contribute in run smooth operation.
Ø Strong analytical knowledge in SIP Protocol, Annalise Wireshark (PCAP) traces, follow-up with International partners and Take suitable action to resolve the issue.
Ø Liable for MTTR of International Carriers Calls failure/Quality Issue & fixing the gaps in the network to achieve the SLA’s
Ø Responsible for Analyzing the Critical Faults, provide resolution during any network outage and online QOS testing with various International Carriers.
Ø Lead to Real-Time Traffic KPI monitoring of ILD Carriers TG /SBC /VLANs along with strong coordination with ISP
Ø Efficient Task allocation, Team handing & streamlining processes, to achieve organization targets.
