Job Description
  1. Hands -on experience on Service Now for min 5 years
  2. Hands on application support experience
  3. Hands on ENHANCEMENTs and DEVELOPMENT – SLA , workflows , business rules, AD integration, Scripting, catalog creation
  4. Handled ServiceNow MID Server, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps to maintain integration with associated databases and maintain CMDB, creation of dashboards
  5. Must have done atleast one upgrade of ServiceNow version
  6. Hands on experience of understanding Service management concepts of  Incident, Problem, Change ITIL management
  7. Excellent English speaking skills and soft skills in understanding business requirements from overseas customer/s and translating to tech specifications
  8. Willing to work in Australian shifts and willing to handle out of office hours on-call callouts
