Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging and reporting
• Manage and Co-ordinate with Project and Scrum teams on Operation related
• Document and streamline the Operation team processes and Control
• Develop and maintain IT Operation
• Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
• Support development and implementation of new projects and new hardware installations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract-based
• Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintain current knowledge of plan executables, and respond to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment

• Lead and supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Supporting and resolve any security
• Diagnose application performance
• Develop server footprint and capacity
• Administration and setup of Qlikview,k QlikSense, Informatica and IBM
• Maintain and support CyberArk
• If necessary, liaise with third-party support
• Administration and setup of SQL
• Administration of Window Azure cloud platforms

Requirements

• Able to maintain Window Server 2012 and Window Server 2016
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task
• Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and
• Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
• Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation
• Able to co-ordinate infrastructure/Network requirement with regional office
• Able to write window power shell
• Good knowledge in project management and develop WBS and rundown plan

• Experience in AppDynamic and CyberArk
• Experience in SQL database and MangoDB will be added advantage
• Experience in application performance tuning
• Good in conceptual analysis where it able to lead and guide the development
• Experience in Rapid7, Illumio, Carbon Black, SCCM and other security
• Good in documentation
• 2-6 years project management experience
• 3-5 years working experience on Qlikview, QlikSense and informatica administration
• 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
