We are looking for a candidate -

  • With at least 5-10 years of rich experience in Sales and Business Development functions.
  • Should be a dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills and confident enough to interact & pitch to industry top leaders & C-level leadership audience.
  • Possess credible outcomes with a passion for presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Have proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Is competent enough to develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies.
  • Familiar with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Have a strong understanding of service delivery center concepts (Global in-house centers / Captive Centers / Offshore Development Centers etc.)
  • Can handle multiple requirements under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects
  • Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales will be an added advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and a knack for digital marketing/ social media skills can be a big plus.

Brief Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the portfolio of corporate clients looking to set up Global In-house Centres, Virtual Captives or Offshore Technology Development Centres (ODC).
  • Continuously evaluate sales channels and makes necessary changes as needed to increase market presence in the affected industry and territory.
  • Work directly with the leadership team in the fulfilment of sales plans and targets (network, volumes, profitability) to ensure Business Segment, Territory and Company results are achieved.
  • Effectively position SCIKEY’s products & offshore consulting solutions as the application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for SCIKEY Offshore offering BU.
  • Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with key accounts and maintain a threshold of budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and timely lead & customer pipeline and forecast data in CRM system.
  • Prepare sales meetings and presentations to pitch the product, service, and combination packages to prospects & clients
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with the existing customer base, strategic channel partners and demand generation partners
  • Establish and maintains a partnership relationship with Representation within Territory.
  • Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
  • Effectively gather industry and competitive trends and Intel and shares with the team to ensure best strategies are implemented.
