Job Description
Critical Work Functions Key Tasks
1. Lead organizational change management initiatives
• Identify business activities and/or processes required to integrate and roll out new changes in the business environment
• Analyze resources and cost-impact of proposed changes, and highlight where people, resources or finances need to be redirected if required
• Deliver communications to engage and seek buy-ins of employees affected by the change
2. Conduct project planning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures to integrate overall project plan to identify areas for improvement
• Propose improvements to integrated project plans for project execution, risk management, safety management and quality assurance and control
• Review project planning and execution documents for approval and submission in compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
3. Drive project progress and completion
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality
• Monitor the management of the various disciplines and project teams to work within the project
timeline and budget
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality
