Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs at SCIKEY Talent Marketplace, SCIKEY Social (Professional Community Site), job board, colleges etc.
• Continuously update job ads from SCIKEY Talent Marketplace, SCIKEY Social (Professional Community Sites), job boards, and social networks
• Source and recruit candidates by using SCIKEY Portals, available Job Boards, social media channels.
• Review resumes in SCIKEY Portal and helps screen right fit applicants
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a single point of contact and build influential recruiter candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Promote the “Refer and Earn” Program and the “SCIKEY Affiliate” Program.

You should be:

• Experience Recruitment Professional with MS Office
• Strong decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to speak in multiple professional languages will be a plus
• Familiarity with HR databases, Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an advantage.
