Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To evaluate and approve Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications and fleet applications
• To carry out independent credit review that includes reviewing of the loan appraisal on a post-approval basis in accordance with industry best practice
• Be responsible for evaluating the quality of credit process and credit management in credit risk assessment including deviations of product guidelines/policies as well as the thoroughness of the approval process
• To perform Post Mortem review on Non-Performing Accounts that includes determining the root causes and suggestion for improvement
• Maintain subject matter expertise in credit risk management processes
• To conduct or facilitate knowledge sharing with Credit Officers or any related team/department
• Competency in SAS, SQL programming or other equivalent and programming skills.
REQUIREMENT
• Diploma/Degree holder with 3 years of experience in credit risk management with comprehensive knowledge of credit processing and evaluation in hire purchase
• CCE holder
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
• A good team player and possess good analytical skill
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
