Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas
Technical
Listing 1. Manage thinKitchen products on marketplace channels like Amazon, Flipkart,
TataCliq etc. which includes product listing and cataloguing, management of
seller accounts, dealing with category managers
2. Work closely with marketing as well as channel partners for reviewing listings &
content on all ecommerce platforms
Cataloguing 1. Create, manage content/collateral/product pages/ product presentations for
various categories on website and other market places
Customer
Support
1. Interact and build relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction standards by
attending queries, returns and complaints in a timely manner
Inventory
management
1. Creating shipments, creating removals, forecasting sales and preparing orders
for production
Others 1. Ensure the accuracy and meeting timelines of all product launches, promotions
marketing campaigns
2. Evaluating account performance, raising disputes, cases etc. related to
reimbursements
3. Maintaining and analysing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales data to gain
insights on product performance, recognize potential sale improvement areas,
etc.
Behavioural
Functional Skills 1. Excellent with advanced Excel
2. Relationship management (vendors, partners and other resources internal or
external)
Personal Skills 1. Strong with written and verbal English communication
2. Self-driven and highly motivated
