Profile for Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX Distribution & Trade Functional Consultant:

Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Distribution & Trade functional consultant.

Strong Experience in following modules: Advance Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing. Candidate should have strong knowledge in below areas:

• Advance Warehouse Management: Warehouse work policies, Work orders (pick & put away process), Shipments, Location directives, Location profiles, consignment stock, Wave processing, Stock replenishment, Cycle counting
• Procurement & Sourcing: Purchase requisition process, Vendor rebates, Request for quotes (RFQ) process, Purchase orders process, etc. Accounts Payable: Vendor management, Vendor settlements, Purchase agreements, Currency revaluation, Workflow set up etc.
• Sales & distribution: Sales orders, Partial release and shipment, Free text invoices, Customer management, Customer settlement, Collection letters, etc.
• Should have done at least 3 end to end project lifecycle implementation
• Should have strong understanding of Warehouse operations and processing
• Should have Production module knowledge
• Must have strong client and internal communication skills as well as functional, analytical, presentation, documentation, training and time management skills
• Must have worked in Dynamics 365
• Preference: D365 Certified Distribution & Trade Consultant

Candidate should also have knowledge in Business Process Design and documentation as per client requirements. Configuration & Setup of Modules. Implementation & Training. Providing solutions to customer requirements using the Industry best practices., development & Support. Preparing functional design specification documents and design AX modifications. Conducting and leading workshops sessions in international business environment. Preparing and leading training sessions for business end users. Preparing, documenting and execution of test cases for end to end business scenarios. Can work together with other team members to ensure high quality of delivered solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze distribution and operational processes and provide recommendations for how Metcash can maximize value and leverage solutions such as AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Conceptualize and design solution based on business requirements
• Lead and facilitate effective client workshops and meetings, engaging clients and be a driver in ensuring the success of the project
• Deliver end-to-end ERP project from initial analysis through design to development and deployment of the solution. Typically, responsible for one or more functional work streams.
• Knowledgeable about the business processes and systems around ERP such as Advance warehousing, Supply chain, Inventory management.
• Should have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live
• Post Live training and Support. Strong Documentation skill is a must.
