You will provide relevant support and advice to the internal team with regard to compliance with MCMC’s rules and regulations.
You are the reference point to provide strategic regulatory compliance advice to management on products/ plans, prepaid registration guidelines, mobile number portability, licensing, Mobile Content Services, MVNO and also Numbering.
You will develop regulatory policy papers to be used for internal discussion and for use with engagement with the Regulator.
You will manage regulatory and industry matters to ensure that Digi’s products and services remain in compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will gather, prepare, analyze and coordinate the organization responses (Public Inquire paper, Public Consultation paper and other inquiries) for submission to MCMC.
You will engage and liaise with external stakeholders including Regulator to effectively communicate Digi's position on key policy issues.
You will manage projects across the different areas of commercial regulations.

You have a degree in marketing-related discipline or Economics with a minimum of 7 years experience within the telecommunications industry or related fields.
You have worked across marketing-related projects.
You can write and prepare consultative papers.
You have had prior project management skills and were involved in a lot of collaborative projects (internal and external).
You have excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written.
You are well-versed in Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and it's subsidiary legislation.
