Expectations and Tasks
• SAP Financial Consultant with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in implementation/support at least in 2 of the following areas: FI, CO (CO-PA, CO-PC), AA,
• Complete at least 2 full implementation cycles
• Track problem reports (PR), change requests (CR) and service requests (SR) status and progress.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms.
• Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time.
• Have a good functional understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities.
• Willingness to participate in international projects.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in IT, Economics, Accounting/Finance or related business background.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules, as well as good understanding of the data design in SAP R3 Enterprise Central Component (ECC);
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in design, configuration and support for the following SAP modules:
• Knowledge in financial, accounting, controlling, assets and treasury.
• Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules, as well as good understanding of the data design in SAP R3 Enterprise Central Component (ECC).
• Open-minded with good presentation and communication skills.
• Well-developed customer focus.
• Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills.
• Fluent in English (at business level).
• Able to verbally communicate in Mandarin – preferred.
• Strong knowledge in accounting and legal reporting.

• Knowledge in ABAP/debug and integration of FI with other SAP modulus is an advantage.

Logistics
Knowledge Requirements
• SAP-SAP ERP knowledge/skills in Logistics domain areas: (Material/Inventory/Warehouse Management/EWM)
• Good working experience in SAP Logistics. At least 7 years of experience in SAP MM/WM and 5 years of experience in EWM.
• Worked on multiple implementation projects right from Requirements gathering, Solution Design, Build, test, cut over and post go live support
• Very thorough with EWM/ERP configurations.
• Support/enhancement project on Logistics module
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Core understanding of SAP Warehouse functionalities including strategies, interfaces, custom developments, HU/SU management.
• 3PL integration experience preferred. Building interfaces between SAP and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of TMS (transportation management system) preferred.
• Understanding of integration points of LE with SD/FI/WM/PTP and other modules
• Demonstrated experience in the development of SAP Logistics Execution solutions for business programs
• BIN Management

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering with relevant industry experience

• Experience of working with business users directly and gather requirements and provide solution
• Good understanding of end to end business processes in Warehouse
• Experience in Warehouse automation will be ideal.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge in MM/EWM and integration working experience with other SAP modules
• Deep understanding of SAP Functional Modules with hands-on experience
• Experience in MNC environment
• Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users
• Fluent in English (at business level).
• Able to verbally communicate in Mandarin – preferred.
• Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
