Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a focus on Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our cybersecurity solutions, digital forensics services, and related products. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and helping clients protect their digital assets through innovative security solutions.

This role requires a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and digital forensics, as well as proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the cybersecurity and digital forensics sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of inbound and outbound sales tactics.

  • Present tailored cybersecurity and digital forensics solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in key industries, including finance, healthcare, government, and technology.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. 
  • Work closely with marketing teams to generate leads through campaigns, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats in the cybersecurity and digital forensics space.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are a plus.

  • Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or IT services.

    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.

    • Familiarity with security technologies and concepts (e.g., SIEM, threat intelligence, data breach detection, digital forensics investigations, and compliance frameworks).

    • Experience in solution selling with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
