1. Achieve growth and hit sales revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team. 2. Design and implement a strategic sales plan with robust territory planning. 3. Recruit, train, monitor and coach the sales representatives. 4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 5. Recommends changes in products and services by evaluating results to help shape future development. 6.
