Roles and Responsibilities :
- Employed with Scikey, but will be working as an RPO recruiter as part of the TA team at customer place (WFH)
- Will be responsible for sourcing for assigned requisitions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Must have extensive experience in sourcing for IT requirements
- Excellent sourcing skills with experience in working on Linkedin and other professional / social networks in addition to job portals
- Must be a head hunter, comes with go getter attitude
- Excellent communication skills
