Job description

The successful candidate will create solutions by maximizing the functionality of Microsoft Power Platform’s breath of products. In this role, you will work with Automation CoE team  deliver enterprise level services and solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate/Flow, AI Builder, Teams, custom development, and integrations with products such as Adobe Sign.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents and Power BI (optional)
• Liaise directly with the customers and/or RPA Business Analyst to understand business requirements and challenges
• Implement and configure programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Migrate existing RPA solutions from UiPath to Microsoft Power Platform
• Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them
• Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
• Support existing automations/processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
• Learn and utilize exciting new technologies and how they integrate with Microsoft Power Platform

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience with software development and RPA technologies e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, PowerAutomate/Flow); preferably with UiPath and PowerAutomate/Flow
• Ability to create proper functional requirements and detail specifications, to break down business problems into logical tasks, think creatively and the aptitude to learn new software quickly
• Ability to effectively engage and work with a business users and stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation (ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows), and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential;
• Have experience in automating business processes implemented in enterprise applications like Concur, SAP, SuccessFactors and in applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance
