Job Description
OBJECTIVE
We are searching for strong Retail Sales Representative with proven track record in sales as well as great potential to develop our Company’s business further.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Call leads and develop own portfolio through referrals and contacts
Develop a strong network of clients and position the company’s offerings
Listen to clients’ needs and answering queries and concerns assisting them to open an account and trade with the company’s products
Meet and exceed sales targets
Focus on client retention through maintaining strong relationships of trust
Constantly enhance sales abilities and conducting support duties when and where needed
Handle client queries, complaints and objections courteously
Constantly develop product/service knowledge through attending training and development courses
Keep up to date with current promotional campaigns and marketing material
REQUIREMENTS
Thai National living in Malaysia or Thai willing to relocate to Malaysia
Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a tele sales or a sales related role with proven track record
Comfortable with customer acquisition and retention
An interest or understanding of financial markets and Forex industry is an advantage
Target driven, self-motivated and a team player
Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher
