Job Description
Department: Operation Support
Job Responsibilities :
Follow the company policy and Admin Team Leader/ Admin Manager to provide the
administrative and secretarial services to the company, and achieve the team goal
with the guidance:
• Handle Administrative tasks assigned by Admin Team Leader on time.
• Maintain departmental records.
• Conduct the reception and mail service.
• Provide the staffing service for the staff check in/out
• Schedule appointments, arrange meetings for senior staffs
• Make travel logistic arrangements for staffs
• Inventory management.
• Office expenses settlement.
• Assist in the Maintenance of office facilities.
• Assist in the maintenance of office environment.
• Assist in the Maintenance of office supplies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Education: University Graduate or above
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Skills:
o Good command of English
o Familiar with PC skills
o Effective communication skills
