What you’ll do:  

As Senior QA, you’ll be the key point of contact for all QA aspects for a variety of projects. You’ll design and build high quality standards, strategies for delivering and improving quality outcomes for our customers by applying test capability and leadership skills.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

·      Key point of contact for all QA aspects.

·      Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

·      Define and own the quality standards, strategies, protocols, and measures to strive for higher quality deliverable standards.

·      Work with engineering team to conceptualize build, test (functional, regression, integration) and identify risk and develop risk mitigation plans.

·      Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

·      End-to-End testing and release of new features with the best quality possible.

·      Identifying, logging, tracking, and debugging bugs. Verifying bug fixes and updating QA documentation.

·      Development, execution, and maintenance of automation testing framework & scripts.

·      Contribute to improving processes to enable QA to scale and improve quality.

·      Lead and mentor QA team members.

·      To ensure that all quality information, risks, and challenges are communicated timely.

·      Periodically identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the quality management processes.

·      Working comfortably within a dynamic, challenging environment to meet client delivery deadlines.

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

·      5-7 years in the software quality testing with hands on quality testing and quality engineering experience.

·      Expert in both manual and automation testing.

·      Experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies.

·      Experienced in entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity).

·      Experience in automation development (Python).

·      Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·      Deep familiarity with the digital environment.

·      Good team skills – you’re diplomatic in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
