Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Participate in test design and execution to ensure that the developed code captures all the documented functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with PO/project business analyst to ensure that the end-to-end designs meet the business and data requirements.
Participate in Test automation opportunities.
Own Component, integration testing activities by preparing test cases and test scripts and assist in User Acceptance Testing as needed.
Adhere to the PRGX standards for development and operational work.

Technical Competency

Working knowledge of UNIX operating system and Shell scripting.
Hands-on on SQL & ETL testing.
Hands on experience of Test design and execution.
Experience in Automation - Python ROBOT framework, BDD, TestNg, Maven, Selenium.
Experience in API testing - Postman, JSON, RestAPI, REST-Assured.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and defect life cycle.
Experience in Data Completeness, Data Transformation & Data Quality for various data feeds coming from different sources.
Strong knowledge of source code management preferably using git.
Working knowledge of various project management and communication tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to build, deploy and promote software artifacts
Ability to innovate and simplify.
