Experience and Skills:

• 5-6 years of total experience
• Must having degree from Premier Institute.
• Having experiences of implementation and post implementation support projects.
• Having excellent Technical knowledge in the areas mentioned below:
  • Expert in Python and Django Web Framework including Django template Engine
  • Working knowledge of PHP , Python2 and Django 1.5 versions.
  • Basic knowledge of code conversion from Python2 to Python3 and Django1 to Django2
  • Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
  • Working knowledge of MySQL
  • Knowledge of Django Rest Framework
  • Client Side scripting knowledge like JavaScript/JQuery and third-party libraries.
  • Hands on knowledge of managing project mgmt. application as admin.

• Knowledge of Celery, Git, Nginx, Gunicorn, uwsgi, supervisor, cronjobs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to operate at a team member level and client-service focus and ability to interact with the business units in the functional area.

• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company
• Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
• Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications

1. Number of complain by business user due to unsatisfactory performance.
2. Number of high level escalations whereby the target shall be to have not more than one formal complaint per year and in any case not more than 3 complaints within a one-year rolling period.
